How To Place An Order?

All flower delivery orders requested will be confirmed via e-mail or telephone. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars. All prices quoted are inclusive of flower delivery within Singapore (excluding Tuas / Jurong Islands / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Loyang / Army Camps) between 10.00 am-6.00 pm Mon-Sat(excluding public holiday). Please place your order in advance so that we can ensure the flowers you have ordered are available. For same day delivery, the cut-off time is 12.00pm – subject to availability of flowers selected.

Orders for weekends/public holidays must be placed 2 days before. In the event the flower featured in an arrangement is not available, we will use an alternative flower of same value or more. Online orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the payment has been made.

Any Additional Fees For Special Request?

For special requests outside regular delivery hours, an additional surcharge of $20 will be levied (not available for weekends/public holidays/mothers’ day/valentines’ day and subject to availability). A surcharge of S$20.00 per attempt will be charged for every redirection or second attempt delivery. Jellycat items must be ordered with floral arrangements for deliveries. Personal orders must be fully paid for before delivery. Robinson Card members please contact us for your shopping privilege.
